Random Observations:

After traveling last month to Europe I found myself – mostly on planes – with time on my hands and jotted down a few random thoughts.  Hope you find them amusing.

• Just walking around London can be challenging – especially at intersections – when you are not used to cars being driven on the left hand side of the road.  It made me wonder why that ever started? Hint: It has to do with your sword hand.  Please Click Here

• A lot of travelers complain about London Heathrow Airport but our experience was great.  Going through security a breeze and well organized plus many of the Airport Lounges have amenities like showers which can be a nice perk for travelers flying long distances.
   
• T-Mobile announced last week that it is going to offer free data roaming in over 100 countries. Please Click Here   This may revolutionize the international service offered by all carriers.  There is nothing more bothersome then trying to stay connect to your business as you travel even as you keep data roaming turned off to avoid an astronomic phone bill amounting to thousands of dollars.
   
• Why is CNN International – which is broadcast throughout Europe – so much better than its counterpart in the United Sates?   I have no answer for this one.
   
   
• Are drivers in Italy insane?
   
• Venice, Italy is one of the most intriguing cities in the world.  After three days, however, it is a lot like Las Vegas in that the crush of humanity can get to you.
   
• Why is the best wine in Tuscany – all most always – the cheapest?
